To mark the beginning of spring, we are launching a breakfast special!
On Saturdays and Sundays (from March 22nd), we offer a delicious breakfast menu from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., featuring delicious breakfast plates, porridge, smoothies, vegan scrambled eggs, and paninis. Pancakes are available all day for late risers and those with a sweet tooth.

You are welcome to pre-order by phone ( 07531/9364990 ) from 11 a.m. and then pick it up. Of course, we also offer reusable packaging ( Recup/Rebowl ).
By popular demand, you can now order and have your food delivered via Tasty Delivery during our entire opening hours.

Welcome to SOL in Konstanz - the vegan self-service restaurant and café where delicious food and sustainability come together harmoniously in a relaxed atmosphere.
We cook and bake fresh for you every day. All of our dishes are purely plant-based - with full flavor thanks to selected vegetables, fresh herbs and excitingly combined meat alternatives.
Opening hours
Monday – Thursday: 11:30 – 17:00
Friday: 11:30-20:00
Saturday and Sunday: 9:30 – 20:00
How to get there
You will find the Sol in Konstanz-Petershausen, right next to Herosé Park and Seerhein. You can easily reach us by foot or by bike. For the drivers among you – there is easy parking in the parking garage Benediktiner Platz, which is 3 minutes walking distance from us.
Small hint: Orient yourself at the IBIS Hotel, then you can't miss the parking garage.
